The 60Th Anniversary Celebration was held this past Saturday, March 14. The party started at 2P.M. with a cocktail hour. Some of the food that was served at the cocktail hour was Kielbasi, Peiorgi, Baked Ziti, Sea Food salad, Shrimp and Calamari. The main courses where, Chicken Marsala, Baked Fish and Roast Beef. The desert was CAKE.

   Music was provided by our usual DJ. Rick Kenny acted as MC. There was also an appearance by Congressman Anthony D. Weiner.

   Below are some of the pictures of the event. I can guaranty that these pictures are of the party. Not like the pictures published in the local paper that were suppose to represent the post Christmas party, but were of Toy’s For Tots.

   On a other note, keep March 22, 2009, March 28, 2009 and April 4, 2009 open on your calendar.

   March 22 is the Ladies Auxiliary’s Chinese Luncheon. Chicken Chow Mein is the main course with tea and desert (more cake?). There will also be raffels and door prizes. Admission is $10.

   March 28 is our Annual Memorial Mass Beging at 1:00 P.M.

   April 4, is A Night At The Races, doors open at 7:30P.M. first race at 8:00P.M. Admission $10, which includes, food, tap beer and wine. A special final race will be held.
